The VooDoo Axe is like having all your favorite fuzz boxes crammed into one convenient little package. From gritty to wooly, this versatile fellow can dish up just about any fuzztone you may need. The Voodoo Axe basically takes off where the Original Roger Mayer Axis fuzz left off by adding a tighter low-end, an extra mean output section, ac power, and a newer compact housing. Where the VooDoo succeeds the most is in its' remarkable ability to maintain definition even while you are playing full chords and double note work. With most fuzz boxes you know, right off the bat, that you are severly limited to strictly playing single note lead stuff. That's not the case with the Voodoo Axe. It's one of the most musical boxes out there and a fine choice if you need a fuzz that has a lot of different flavors.
